4. Custom Designs and Orders
Backyard Oasis specialises in custom designs tailored to your specific needs. Once you’ve selected a design and confirmed the terms, a non-refundable deposit may be required to initiate the manufacturing process. Any modifications to the design after confirmation may impact the cost and delivery timeframe.
5. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure all details, pricing, and specifications on our website and marketing materials are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors or update product information at any time. Product availability is subject to change.
6. Delivery & Installation
Delivery and installation will be arranged as per your confirmed project schedule. While we strive to meet all agreed deadlines, unforeseen delays (such as weather, supply chain issues, or site access problems) may occur. We will communicate any delays and revised timelines as needed.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the custom-built nature of our products:
- Deposits are non-refundable once manufacturing has commenced.
- Refunds or cancellations are not permitted after production has started.
- If you wish to cancel before production, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
8. Warranty
Backyard Oasis offers warranties on our products, covering defects in materials or workmanship. The details of your warranty, including duration and coverage, will be outlined in your contract. Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or external factors beyond our control.

- Provide accurate site details, access information, and any required permits.
- Ensure the site is ready for delivery and installation as agreed.
- Notify us of any changes or issues as early as possible to avoid project disruption.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of faulty goods, or a refund, as applicable under law.
